Over 30 years in NBFC space covering Retail Finance, Credit & Risk Monitoring, NPA resolution, Collection and Legal, Accounting and Taxation. Over 20 years in senior management with a proven record of establishing cross-functional partnerships to deliver stellar results. Deepak have a special regard for start-up operations, which involve challenges like no other to the spirit of enterprise. I have had the good fortune of having participated in Start-Up ventures with SRF Finance Ltd, RPG Itochu Finance Ltd and the launch of ORIX’s Commercial Vehicle and Construction Equipment Finance Business and these have been tremendous learning experiences for me. It was very satisfying to be able to see these assignments from start to success. He has served in companies like Godrej Group, SRF Finance Ltd ( later named as GE TFS Ltd.), RPG Itochu Finance Ltd, , ORIX Leasing & Financial Service and as CEO of Esskay Fincorp Ltd.

Deepa is an adept people manager with over two decades of experience in Event Management, Product Design Consulting and Sales Training. She is also an artist and a performer with a Masters in Fine Arts and is an alumna of T-Series Institute of Performing Arts.

Saumya Nawariya

Saumya has a degree in engineering and an MBA .She is an alumna of the prestigious FMS, Delhi and George Brown College, Toronto. She is a Learning Consultant with over 10 years’ experience in managing cross functional teams. She is adept at defining product vision & architecture, acquiring and managed strategic alliance partners, and managing the entire product development life cycle from inception to launch. She has worked with organizations like, Toronto Dominion Bank, John Wiley & Sons Publishing, and CL Educate.

Rishabh Jain
