We have seen job losses across the spectrum in covid crisis which is going on, the crisis has changed the way we has been working all these years and a new way of life has emerged which is here to stay for long.

It is posing challenges employees at all levels especially for middle level managers,

We have seen people working in same domain for years and these people will be more venerable

Who will survive? People willing to change and agile

Cross Skilling, Upskilling and Reskilling will be the key for employability for middle management
